The Foundation
Incorporated in June of 1999, the Foundation acts as a clearinghouse for donations to and requests from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for property, funds, training resources, and support not otherwise covered through the customary budget process. We are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to develop outside resources and serve as a bridge between the police and the community. Our objective is to work with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the community in order to help the Department accomplish their critical mission to protect people, their property, and their rights, while providing the best public safety and service.
